French IPTV operator Neuf Cegetel is going to add VOD HD to its offer and will also improve technical quality of IPTV services. New \'user friendly\' interface will appear as well as much better picture quality.

“We’re working on the TV offering, Neuf Cegetel has a very attractive pay-TV offer; The second element is to work on the VOD consumption, and lastly develop services, though we don’t know if these will be free or pay” said Nicolas Bry, chief marketing officer.

The company currently has 750,000 subscribers and there are expectations to reach one million before the end of 2008. New subscribers receive a free PVR box, free installation and free access to the pay-TV channels for the first three months of their subscription.
