Change of shares in Cyfrowy Polsat

On 13th od April 2010 the board of Cyfrowy Polsat has informed that Polaris Finance BV gained 7,918,750 dematerialized shares of Cyfrowy Polsat. Before the transaction Polaris Finance BV had 182,943,750 shares, representing 68,18% of the company capital, entitling to 349,886,251 votes at the general meeting of shareholders, representing 78.14% of the total number of votes at a general meeting of Cyfrowy Polsat.

This package consisted of:

a) 166,942,501 registered shares representing 62.22% of the share capital entitling to 333,885,002 votes at the general meeting of Cyfrowy Polsat

 b) 16,001,249 dematerialized shares, representing 5.96% of the share capital entitling to 16,001,249 votes at the general meeting of Cyfrowy Polsat

After this transaction Polaris Finance BV has 175,025,000 shares, representing 65.23% of the company capital, entitling to 341,967,501 votes at the general meeting. This package includes:

 a) 166,942,501 registered shares, representing 62.22% of the share capital entitling to 333,885,002 votes at the general meeting of Cyfrowy Polsat

 b) 8,082,499 dematerialized shares, representing 3.01% of the share capital entitling to 8,082,499 votes at the general meeting of Cyfrowy Polsat
