New Cyfra+ from 1st of March

Representatives of Cyfra+ affirmed, that after three months from Wizja TV and Cyfra+ merge, that the period of expectations and stagnation has passes. This difficult period of merge of both packages offers, distribution network, bases of subscribers - this is not easy also for subscribers and distributors.

Accord to Pawel Stachnik - sale and marketing manager, in the last months have been "the light fall of Cyfra+ sale", because the sale section have been busy with the merge platform process.

New Cyfra+ offer have been introduced to the distributors. Cyfra+ new offer this is four colours packages of channels, which will be available from 1st March in the both packages terminals. How to reprogramme terminals of both platforms, subscribers have been informed at 8 pm. in 24th February in Klub+ on Canal+ White. They only have to switch off/on terminals on standby. The new list of the channels will be loaded to the terminal automatically.

Cyfra+ has decided to choice the colours as the names of the packages, because they are reflect a gradation.

Cyfra+ offer have been divided onto four packages, named by colours: White (Bialy), Silver (Srebrny), Golden (Zloty) and Platinic (Platynowy). The cheapest one is White - 56zł per month.

In the offer of White - thematic package are:

- well-known from Wizja TV channels: Hallmark, Extreme Sports, MTV Poland, Reality TV, Club, Avante - together 6 channels.

- Channels from Cyfra+ (some of them were also avalilable in Wizja TV): Eurosport, Discovery, Planete, Minimax, TVN24, CNN, CNBC, BBC World, TV5 and...Fashion TV.

There are also Polish public channels: TVP1, TVP2, TV Polonia, TVN, TVN7 (instead of RTL7) and TV Puls.

Interactive channels, this is to say seven Formula One channels and all Cyfra+ radio channels: Radio Zet, RMF FM, and all Polish Public Radio (together 11 stations) - there is not, the only one radio station from Wizja TV: Wa-MA.

The Silver pack, (for 86zł per month), this is the White package with choice of Premium channels: HBO Poland or three well-known Canal+ channels: White, Yellow and Blue.

Gold package (for 93zł per month), this is Silver package with choice of Premium channels, to which have been added: Fox Kids, Ale Kino, Cinema, VH-1 (MTV will create Polish version soon!), National Geographic and EurosportNews channels.

Platinic for 119zł per month (!!!), this are all channels offered by Cyfra+ with all four Premium channels; three Canal+ and HBO Poland.

It is known, that Cyfra+ satellite operator is Eutelsat, so the all dishes have to be reinstalled on Hot Bird - 13E. Reinstallation is going to be made by Cyfra+ for subscribers, free. This all is going to be done from 8th April to 8th June. Un till this time also both subscribers bases merge have to be finish. Channels of new Cyfra+ will be granted in SimulCrypt, which have been already tested on CryptoWorks system on Hot Bird. Thanks it ex-Wizja TV subscribers, will be able to watch Cyfra+ SECA channels on Philips CryptoWorks decoders.

It was underlined, that new Silver package, this is...only 3zł cheaper then old Super Premium package. Two months full Platinum package free, for all subscribers, it will make them to undertake a difficult decision (super offer or big problem with home budget).

119zł for Platinic pack, this an offer only for this, which can pay this money for watching the best channels inn Cyfra+ offer - HBO and three Canal+ Multiplex with 130 hours of sport every week on Canal+ Blue, with best matches from Premier League, Polish, Spanish, Italian and French leagues.

But, this offer is not complet, yet. Cyfra+ is still drive a negotiations with other channels, which can entries to the platform. We are talking here about Cartoon Network and Animal Planet (Animal probably 1st of September). Fashion TV will be coded and inaccessible as FTA from Hot Bird, soon. Thats why, also this channel is in the platform offer.

From 1st of March to 30th of April, Cyfra+ have prepared a new promotion. Each new sybscriber for 199 zł and in lowest White package, for three months will be able to watch Platinic package.
