New internet VOD platform in Poland

tvscreen.pl is the official name of the first internet video-on-demand (VoD) platform in Poland. Digital Partners has plans to launch this project in October 2008. Along with tvscreen.pl a new comprehensive approach to VoD services will appear on the internet.

Using tvscreen.pl service is going to be similar to modern television, without having a decoder and a television set. Service users will be able to create their own line-up by deciding on what and when they want to watch.

Platform provides a new way of everyday VoD usage, different from the traditional and online rentals. tvscreen.pl will offer diverse resources and diversification of viewers depending of their age. Parents and other adults will receive tools to manage content watched by children and young people.

It will also be the first such large internet VoD project which would allow to use the extensive resources in a legal way without breaking the copyrights.
